Hence the concerned Factories Inspector will be the BOCW Inspector and the Factories Commissioner will be BOCW Commissioner.
BOCW Registration for the contractors will be issued by the Factories Inspector and the Assessment also be done by te Factories Inspector.

Being in construction industry and registered with gok I have no clue about distribution of funds to workers.The funds collected are in thousands of crores lieing unutilised.can govt not plan and streamline disbursement of funds to needy.
